Total market growth was and enormous 24% in 2022.

One has to look at what they are actually comparing.

IDC had these numbers for 2021 and they differentiate between foundational cloud services and SaaS applications. That makes probably sense. In the SaaS applications salesforce.com and SAP show up too.
